I just wanted to send some love your way! I hope this message finds you optimistic about love no matter what your circumstances are. Love is the greatest thing of all, when you get right down to it. So I hope you know that and feel that. This week, I tried stamp carving for the first time! It is so much fun. It's pretty simple, and you don't really need to know how to draw - you can always trace your design, so I think this craft is perfect for anybody. I started by gathering a bunch of links on Pinterest that were related to stamp carving. I then watched this video by the all-so-talented Geninne, where she demonstrates a feather carving. And then I just bought my tools and took off with it!
And these picture-worthy chocolates from Christopher Elbow. Seriously incredible. I am feeling so blessed today. I try not to get up my hopes for Valentine's Day. I try not to expect anything at all (I've had some real doosies over the years). But of course it feels good to know you're loved by a token of appreciation. Let me tell you, this Valentine's Day, I'm feeling like the most important girl in the world.
