2 weeks ago, I had never taken a macro photograph. Macro, meaning the subject in the photo appears larger than real life. You need a special lens for this and I've only invested in more practical lenses for shooting everyday life. To me, this seemed like a luxury lens for the serious photographer or for someone specializing in macro photos. BUT... there is something that I didn't know! I have been harvesting macro lens capabilities this whole time and had no idea! Want to know the secret? Now hold on to your seats because this is so simple, it's silly! All you have to do is turn your lens around and shoot through the other side of the lens! WAM!
This may get a little techy but I want you to know how simple this is to do yourself! I'm not an expert. I just figured this out a few weeks ago. But I can speak to you about my experience with my camera.
